Andrea G. Short is President and Chief Executive Officer of 1st Source Corporation (since 2025), having previously served as President (since 2024), Executive Vice President (since 2022), and Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer (since 2013). She is also Chief Executive Officer of 1st Source Bank (since 2025), and previously its President and CEO (since 2022), President (since 2021), and EVP, Treasurer and CFO (since 2013).
She has over 41 years of banking and business experience, including 27 years in director and/or executive roles at 1st Source. Prior to 1st Source she worked at Crowe LLP and First of America Bank (now PNC). She holds a B.A. in Business from Alma College and is a graduate of executive programs at Harvard, Northwestern, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
