A 1st Source director since 2011, he is the son of Christopher J. Murphy III and the brother of Kevin C. Murphy. Although not eligible to serve on the Audit Committee, he meets the criteria to be an audit committee financial expert under SEC guidelines. He holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
