Daniel B. Fitzpatrick is the founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quality Dining, Inc., a quick service and casual dining restaurant operator with operations in three states. He has 44 years of business experience as head of the locally headquartered, multi-concept restaurant company.
He serves as Lead Director of 1st Source, a director since 1995, and qualifies as an audit committee financial expert under SEC guidelines. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
