Ronda Shrewsbury is President and Chief Executive Officer of RealAmerica, LLC, a real estate development and property management company. As the primary owner and founder, she has served as President of RealAmerica Companies for 31 years, providing strategic direction for four Women Business Enterprise-certified, vertically integrated companies.
She has over 34 years of experience in multifamily, commercial, land and office development and holds an active Indiana Principal Brokers License. She qualifies as an audit committee financial expert under SEC guidelines and holds a B.S. in Finance/Real Estate from the Indiana University School of Business.
