Gloria Chen joined Adobe in 1997 and serves as Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President, Employee Experience. Over more than 25 years at Adobe she has held senior leadership positions in worldwide sales operations, customer service and support, and strategic planning, was appointed Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO in October 2009, and was promoted to Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President, Employee Experience in January 2020. From October 2024 to May 2025 she additionally served as Interim Executive Vice President, Legal and Government Relations. She holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, an M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
