Tina M. Donikowski is an independent director of Advanced Energy Industries, serving since 2018, and chairs the Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committee while also serving on the Compensation Committee. She brings broad senior management, operations, and global experience, having served for 38 years in various leadership positions at General Electric Company.
Ms. Donikowski retired from General Electric Company, a diversified industrial company, in October 2015 after 38 years with the company. She served in a number of senior positions during her career at GE, including most recently as Vice President, Global Locomotive Business, GE Transportation, from January 2013 until her retirement.
Ms. Donikowski currently serves on the board of directors of TopBuild Corp., a leading installer and distributor of insulation and building material products to the U.S. construction industry, and Eriez Magnetics, a privately held manufacturer and designer of magnetic, vibratory, and metal detection applications. She previously served as a board member of Atlas Copco AB, a provider of sustainable productivity solutions based in Sweden, and CIRCOR International, a provider of flow control solutions used in energy, aerospace and industrial markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, as well as an Honorary Doctorate, from Gannon University.
