Joe Dowling is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA), overseeing all of BXMA's investment activities. He joined Blackstone in 2021, having previously led Brown University's endowment as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Earlier he founded Narragansett Asset Management and worked at First Boston and Tudor Investments.
