Lionel Assant is a Senior Managing Director and Global Co-Chief Investment Officer, providing firm-level investment oversight across Blackstone's Private Equity complex, including Corporate PE, Infrastructure, Tactical Opportunities, Growth and Life Sciences. He joined Blackstone in 2003 and led the European Private Equity business from 2012 to 2026.
He holds a Master's in Economics from Ecole Polytechnique.
