Amy Brooks has served as a member of Block's board of directors since October 2019. Since September 2025, she has served as President, Global Business Development at the National Basketball Association (the "NBA"). Prior to her current role, Ms. Brooks served in various leadership positions at the NBA since January 2010, including President, New Business Ventures from January 2024 to September 2025 and President, Team Marketing & Business Operations and Chief Innovation Officer from November 2017 to December 2023.

Ms. Brooks also serves on the boards of directors of a number of privately held companies and charitable organizations. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Communication from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Brooks was selected to serve on Block's board of directors because of her sales and marketing experience as well as her expertise in growing a global brand.
