John S. Mengucci is President and Chief Executive Officer of CACI International, a position he has held since July 1, 2019, and has served as a director since 2019. A proven industry leader, he has extensive experience in business development and leading highly successful systems, solutions, and services businesses, bringing deep business acumen, financial experience, strategic planning skills, and a technology background to his role.
Mr. Mengucci joined CACI as Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Operations in February 2012 and served as CACI's Chief Operating Officer and President, U.S. Operations from July 2012 to June 2017, and as CACI's Chief Operating Officer from June 2017 to June 2019. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President of Lockheed Martin Corporation's Information Systems and Global Solutions – Civil Product Line from 2010 through 2012 and President of Lockheed Martin Corporation's Information Systems and Global Solutions – Defense Line from 2007 through 2010.
In the community, Mr. Mengucci serves on the board of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, is an active member of the executive committee for the Professional Services Council, and is vice chair of Clarkson University's Board of Trustees. He also serves on the board of the Spookstock Foundation. He was honored with the 2024 Technology Good Scout Award by the Boy Scouts of America National Capital Area Council and the 2025 Public Company Executive of the Year award by the Association of Corporate Growth National Capital.
