Flavia H. Pease served as Corporate Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Charles River Laboratories. On September 12, 2025, she informed the Company of her intention to resign from her position as Corporate Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective September 29, 2025. The Company disclosed that her decision to resign was not the result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its financial statements, internal control over financial reporting, operations, policies or practices. Upon her departure, Michael G. Knell was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer.
