Patrick P. Grace has served as a director of Chemed Corporation since 1996. He held various executive positions at W.R. Grace & Co. from 1977 to 1995, most recently as President and CEO of Grace Logistics, Inc., an operating company with oversight responsibility for Grace's $5.0 billion global supply chain. He is currently President and CEO of Grace Institute Foundation.
From 1996 to 2017, Mr. Grace served as Chairman of the Grace Institute in New York, an organization focused on workforce development for women. He was the co-founder and managing Principal of Apollo Philanthropy Partners, L.L.C. (philanthropic advisory services) from 2008 to 2012, and from 1996 to 2017 served as President of MLP Capital, Inc., a New York investment holding company that managed several real estate and mining interests in the southeastern United States. From 2008 to 2017 he served as Chairman of KickStart International, a global poverty alleviation organization.
Mr. Grace also served as a director of TONIX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (specialty pharmaceutical product development and commercialization) until he retired in 2019. He earned a Master's of Business Administration degree in finance from Columbia University.
