Louise Sams has served on the CoStar Group board since 2019 and is the Board Chair, chairing the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serving on the Audit Committee. She spent more than two decades at Turner Broadcasting System, including as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and as President of Turner Broadcasting System International, and began her career as an attorney at White and Case LLP.

John Berisford has served as an independent director of CoStar Group since 2025 and sits on the Compensation Committee. He previously served as President of S&P Global Ratings and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at S&P Global, and earlier spent 22 years at PepsiCo, including as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Pepsi Bottling Group.

Angelique Brunner has served as an independent director of CoStar Group since 2023 and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EB5 Capital, a commercial real estate investment firm she launched in 2008, and previously held finance roles at Fannie Mae and the Neighborhood Development Company.

Rachel Glaser has served as an independent director of CoStar Group since 2025 and serves on the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. She was Chief Financial Officer of Etsy from 2017 to 2025 and previously served as CFO of Leaf Group and of Move, the operator of Realtor.com, with earlier finance leadership roles at Yahoo and The Walt Disney Company.

John Hill has served as an independent director of CoStar Group since 2012 and chairs the Audit Committee. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of J Hill Group and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of the City of Detroit and as Executive Director of the District of Columbia Financial Control Board.

Christine McCarthy has served as an independent director of CoStar Group since 2025 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Walt Disney Company from 2015 to 2023 and earlier led Disney's corporate real estate function and treasury as Senior Executive Vice President.

Robert Musslewhite has served as an independent director of CoStar Group since 2019 and chairs the Compensation Committee. He was Chief Executive Officer of Definitive Healthcare and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of OptumInsight and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Advisory Board Company.

Andrew Florance founded CoStar Group in 1987 and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since inception, leading the company from a start-up through its 1998 initial public offering to its position today as an S&P 500 and NASDAQ-100 company. He has identified, negotiated, and closed more than 40 acquisitions across 14 countries, building CoStar into a global provider of real estate data, analytics, online marketplaces, and 3D digital twin technology.

Christian Lown joined CoStar Group as Chief Financial Officer in July 2024. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Freddie Mac and of Navient Corporation, and earlier spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley, including as Managing Director of its Financial Institutions Group.

Lisa Ruggles joined CoStar Group in 1999 as a Field Research Photographer and has served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations since 2022, leading the company's research operations, photography, news, and customer service. Over more than 26 years she has held roles of increasing responsibility across field and global research, helping expand CoStar's research coverage across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Frank Simuro joined CoStar Group in December 1999 as Director of Information Systems and has served as Chief Technology Officer since March 2015, after serving as Chief Information Officer from 2008. Before joining CoStar, he was Director of Data Warehousing at GRC International and worked as a technology consultant specializing in operational efficiency and database technologies.

Frederick Saint has served as President, Marketplaces since September 2018, with responsibility for Apartments.com and its network of apartment listing websites as well as CoStar's Land and Businesses For Sale marketplaces. He joined CoStar through its 2012 acquisition of LoopNet, where he served as President, and previously was Chief Executive Officer of Cityfeet.

Gene Boxer joined CoStar Group in March 2022 and serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, with responsibility for the company's legal and compliance function. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Group General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer of Sirius International Insurance Group, and earlier as Global General Counsel of Cushman and Wakefield and in senior legal roles at American International Group.

Cynthia Eakin was appointed Chief Accounting Officer of CoStar Group in July 2024 and serves as the company's principal accounting officer, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. She joined CoStar in October 2016 and previously served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and as Vice President Controller, after 15 years as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at various public and private companies.
