Mr. Liedberg first joined Dana in 1999, before leaving the company in 2001 to serve as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the Dentons law firm, advising clients with a focus in corporate law, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He rejoined Dana in 2004, serving as senior counsel for mergers and acquisitions until his promotion to associate general counsel in 2008. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School and an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
