Michael J. Mack, Jr. is retired. Most recently, he served as Group President, John Deere Financial Services, Global Human Resources and Public Affairs at Deere & Company, a manufacturer of agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, and lawn care equipment, from October 2014 to November 2016. He previously served as the company's President, Worldwide Construction & Forestry Division, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Deere.
He brings a strong background in executive management, having served in three different senior executive roles at a global corporation, along with expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting and accounting gained as the Chief Financial Officer of a large public company, and extensive knowledge of the off-highway vehicle market.
