List served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gap Inc. from January 2017 to March 2020, and previously as CFO of Dick's Sporting Goods and of Kraft Foods Group. From 1994 to 2013 she held progressively senior accounting and finance roles at The Procter & Gamble Company, most recently Senior Vice President and Treasurer, and earlier was employed by Deloitte & Touche for almost ten years. She chairs Danaher's Compensation Committee and serves on its Audit Committee, and sits on the boards of Microsoft, Visa and lululemon athletica.
