Mr. Rowland has served as Dollar General's Chairman of the Board since February 2026. He served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Accenture plc, a leading global professional services company, from September 2019 to September 2021.
Earlier in his career at Accenture he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President, Finance, and held a variety of consulting and finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
