Ms. Reardon has served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of Dollar General since August 2020. She joined Dollar General as Director, Human Resources in September 2009 and was promoted through several human resources leadership roles.
Prior to joining Dollar General she held human resources positions of increasing responsibility at Centex and various roles with Carrier Corporation, and was a Career Consultant at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.
