Mr. Bryant has served on Dollar General's Board of Directors since 2009. On January 28, 2026, he informed the Company that he would retire from the Board effective upon the expiration of his current term at the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders; his decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
