Michael P. Lyons has served as Chief Executive Officer of Fiserv since May 2025 and as a member of the board of directors since 2025. He previously served as the company's President and CEO-Elect from January 2025 to May 2025, assuming the CEO role upon the confirmation of his predecessor as Commissioner of the Social Security Administration.
Before joining Fiserv, Mr. Lyons served as President of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, PNC Bank, National Association. He brings extensive experience across the financial services and banking industries, including significant insight into the needs of Fiserv's clients.
