Ann D. Rhoads has served on the Globus Medical Board of Directors since July 2011 and is the Chairperson of the Board's Audit Committee and a member of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Her experience as chief financial officer of publicly traded biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies brings valuable financial skills and expertise to the Board.
Ms. Rhoads most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Forty Seven, Inc. (NASDAQ: FTSV), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, from March 2018 to April 2020. Previously, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zogenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGNX), a pharmaceutical company, from March 2010 through January 2017. From 2000 through the end of 2009, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Premier, Inc., a healthcare supply management company.
Ms. Rhoads holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Arkansas and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She also serves on the board of directors of Quidel Corporation (NASDAQ: QDEL).
