Daniel J. Wolterman has served on the Globus Medical Board of Directors since September 2023 and is a member of the Board's Compensation Committee. He previously served as a member of the board of directors of NuVasive from July 2015 to September 2023 and as board chair from May 2021 to September 2023. He has more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Mr. Wolterman is currently CEO of Wolterman Consulting, LLC, a provider of strategic and operational consulting services to healthcare providers and other entities. From January 2018 to May 2019, he served as CEO of Endoquest Robotics (formerly ColubrisMX, Inc.) and X-Cath, both privately held medical device companies. He previously served as President and CEO of Memorial Hermann Health System, the largest not-for-profit health system in Southeast Texas, from 2002 until May 2016.

Mr. Wolterman currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Hyperfine, Inc. (NASDAQ: HYPR). He earned a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Cincinnati and a master's degree in healthcare administration from Xavier University.
