Daniel T. Scavilla served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Globus Medical and as a member of the Company's Board of Directors until his resignation effective July 18, 2025. His resignation was not due to any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company's operations, financials, policies, or practices.
Mr. Scavilla entered into an executive employment agreement with Globus Medical dated May 3, 2016 and led the Company as Chief Executive Officer and President, a tenure during which Globus completed its strategic combination with NuVasive, Inc.
