Mark E. Jones, Jr. serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Goosehead, effective April 20, 2026, and is no longer Chief Financial Officer. He joined the Company in 2016 as its Controller, was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2020, served as Chief Financial Officer from September 2022, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in August 2025.

He was instrumental to the Company's initial public offering in 2018 and was responsible for overseeing SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, and enterprise sales and partnerships, and led the development of Goosehead's enterprise sales business and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Goosehead, he worked in Ernst & Young's Audit practice, primarily focused on financial services companies. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in finance and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is the son of Mark E. Jones and Robyn Jones, the Company's co-founders.
