Roberto Mignone has served as a member of Guardant Health's Board since October 2024 and serves on the Audit Committee.
Mr. Mignone is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bridger Management LLC, an investment management firm specializing in long-term equity strategies. Since its founding in 2000, Bridger Management has focused on the healthcare sector, in addition to its investments across global consumer, technology, and financial service companies. Prior to Bridger Management, Mr. Mignone co-founded and served as a partner of Blue Ridge Capital LLC from 1996 to 2000, an investment firm focused on healthcare, technology, media, telecommunications, and financial services investing.
Mr. Mignone is a member of the Board of Directors at Teva Pharmaceuticals and currently serves as the co-Vice Chair at the New York University Langone Medical Center. From June 2021 to October 2022, he served on the Board of Directors of Avanti Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
