Michael C. Keller has served on Guidewire's Board since September 2019 and has been Chairman of the Board since March 2024. He has also served as chairman of the Guidewire Strategic Advisory Council since April 2019 and as the company's Lead Customer Advocate since March 2020.

From June 2001 to June 2018, Mr. Keller served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Nationwide Insurance and Financial Services. Earlier, from January 1998 to May 2001, he was Chief Technology Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (formerly Bank One). He served as a Strategic Advisor to Earnix from January 2023 to April 2024.

Mr. Keller holds the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the CMU Software Engineering Institute and the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is Directorship Certified by the NACD. He graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
