Mark Snyder serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of Halozyme Therapeutics, and signs the Company's filings as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He commenced employment with Halozyme on January 3, 2022.
In 2025, Mr. Snyder played a key role in the negotiation and execution of two merger agreements through which Halozyme acquired two drug delivery technology companies, and oversaw the expansion of Halozyme's patent portfolio with multiple new patent filings related to Halozyme technologies. Under his leadership, the Company pursued infringement of its patents by Merck and was awarded a preliminary injunction in Germany, preventing Merck from launching Keytruda SC in Germany.
