Jillian Evanko is Chief Executive Officer of Duravant LLC, a position she has held since January 2026. She was appointed an Independent Director on Honeywell's Board and a member of the Audit Committee, effective June 1, 2026, and will stand for election at the 2027 Annual Meeting.
Prior to Duravant she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chart Industries, Inc.
