Marc Steinberg is a Partner at Elliott Investment Management L.P., an investment management firm, since January 2024, where he is responsible for public and private equity investments across a range of industries, including the industrial sector. He was appointed to Honeywell's Board effective May 31, 2025 under a cooperation agreement with Elliott.
He serves on Honeywell's Audit Committee and on the boards of various private companies.
