Michael W. Lamach is the former Executive Chair and retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Trane Technologies plc, a global climate innovator (previously known as Ingersoll-Rand). He served as Executive Chair from July 2021 until his retirement in December 2021.
He is Honeywell's incoming independent Lead Director, elected to a two-year term commencing at the Annual Meeting and expiring at the 2028 Annual Meeting.
