Stephanie J. Disher is an independent director of IDEX and a global executive with deep leadership experience across the filtration, industrial and energy sectors. As Chief Executive Officer and President of Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc., a global filtration company with revenues of $1.7 billion, she brings more than two decades of expertise in strategy, transformation and value creation, and led Atmus through its 2023 IPO and separation from Cummins.
She previously led Cummins' approximately $1.4 billion global filtration business as Vice President and President of the Cummins Filtration Division and held finance and operations roles of increasing responsibility at Cummins, following leadership positions in finance, operations and human relations at BP, p.l.c. Ms. Disher holds a degree from the University of Western Sydney.
