Darrell L. Ford has been Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of UPS International since January 2021, responsible for human resources strategy and operations. He has been an ITW director since 2021 and serves on the Compensation and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees.
Before joining UPS he held senior human capital leadership roles across DuPont, Xerox, AMD, Shell Oil and Honeywell International.
