Jay L. Henderson is the retired Vice Chairman, Client Service of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), having served in that capacity from 2007 until June 2016. He has been an ITW director since 2016, chairs the Audit Committee, and serves on the Finance and Executive Committees.
He served as PwC's Greater Chicago Market Managing Partner from 2003 to 2013 and earlier as Managing Partner of the Cleveland Office; he has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1977.
