Jennifer F. Scanlon has been President and Chief Executive Officer of UL Solutions Inc., a global safety science company, since September 2019. She is a new nominee to the ITW Board of Directors.
She previously served as President and CEO of USG Corporation from November 2016 to April 2019 and as a director of USG from September 2016 to April 2019, and as a director of Norfolk Southern Corporation from January 2018 to May 2024.
