Pamela B. Strobel is the retired Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Exelon Corporation and President of Exelon Business Services Company, a position she held from 2003 until her retirement in October 2005. She has been an ITW director since 2008, chairs the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, and serves on the Compensation and Executive Committees.
She earlier served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Exelon Energy Delivery from 2000 to 2003 and as Executive Vice President of Unicom and its chief subsidiary, ComEd, which she joined as General Counsel in 1993.
