Randall J. Scheuneman has served as Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Illinois Tool Works Inc. since 2009.
He notified the Company of his planned retirement effective March 1, 2027, and will step down from his role effective June 30, 2026, remaining with the Company as an advisor through March 1, 2027.
