Diana D. Tremblay has served on Itron's Board of Directors since 2015 and is Chair of the Board. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Riverhawk Consulting, LLC, a role she has held since September 2017, and has served as an Operating Partner at Castle Creek Capital since October 2022.
Before her advisory and board career, Ms. Tremblay spent more than 40 years at General Motors, where she rose from engineer to plant manager and ultimately Vice President of Manufacturing and Global Business Services, also serving as the company's lead labor relations negotiator. Her background spans global manufacturing, supply chain, and administrative operations in a capital-intensive, cyclical industry.
