Tracy Farr became Chief Financial Officer of Lazard, Inc. effective February 1, 2026, succeeding Mary Ann Betsch. He joined Lazard in 2013 and, prior to becoming CFO, served as a Managing Director in the firm's Capital Structure Advisory group, with work spanning industries and geographies from large public-company transactions to founder-led private clients.
