Karen H. Quintos has served as a director of Lennox International since 2014 and chairs the Board Governance Committee, while also serving on the Executive Committee.
She is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Dell Technologies Inc., where she also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and held other executive roles in services, support, and supply chain management. Her supervisory experience in marketing, branding, communications, sustainability, operations, and supply chain management brings broad knowledge of these issues to the Board.
She holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from New York University.
