Kathryn Jo Lincoln has served as a director of Lincoln Electric since 1995, sitting on the Compensation and Executive Development and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees. She is Board Chair of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, an independent global foundation focused on land use and taxation policy, a role she has held since 1996, and formerly served as the Institute's Chief Investment Officer until stepping down from that role in 2024.

As Chief Investment Officer, Ms. Lincoln managed all aspects of the Institute's endowment, including strategic asset allocation and policy development, contributing to the development of its $800 million asset base. As a Lincoln family member and long-standing director, she brings deep knowledge of the company's culture and founding principles, along with experience in strategic planning, asset allocation and corporate governance.
