William P. Gipson has been a ManpowerGroup director since 2020 and serves on the People, Culture and Compensation Committee. He spent more than thirty years at Procter & Gamble, most recently as President, Enterprise Packaging Transformation, and also served for eight years as the company's Corporate Chief Diversity Officer.
