Piper first joined McCormick in 2008 as a Human Relations Manager and held Director and VP roles in the Consumer Products Division; between 2014 and 2017 she gained external experience at H&R Block and Honeywell before returning to McCormick in 2017. Earlier in her career she held HR roles at Pfizer Inc. and KPMG. She holds a BA in Psychology from York University and a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management from Cornell University, and is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
