Alan B. Graf, Jr. served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Executive Committee of FedEx Corporation from 1998 until his planned retirement in September 2020, continuing to serve as Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor through December 2020.
Mr. Graf joined FedEx in 1980 as a senior financial analyst and held various management positions throughout the Finance division until serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FedEx Express, FedEx's predecessor, from 1991 to 1998. He serves as MAA's Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee and is designated a Financial Expert.
