Edward P. Garden is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Garden Investments.
From 2005 to 2023 he served as Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of Trian Fund Management, and prior to founding Trian was Vice Chairman and Director of Triarc Companies.
Earlier in his career he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston and co-head of Equity Capital Markets at BT Alex Brown; he was nominated to the Middleby board pursuant to a Cooperation Agreement.
