Matthew R. Fuchsen has been Chief Development Officer of The Middleby Corporation since May 2023.
He previously served as Vice President, Mergers, Acquisitions and Tax from February 2018 to May 2023 and as Vice President of Tax from March 2014 to February 2018.
He has been announced as Chief Strategy Officer of the Middleby Food Processing business, effective upon completion of that business's spin-off as a stand-alone public company.
