William C. Drummond, a Certified Public Accountant, has served as a Principal of The Marston Group PLC, a CPA and advisory firm, since 2013. Prior to that, he was a Partner at EY.
He was nominated to serve as a director of the Company because of his strength in the area of accounting, combined with his financial acumen and his knowledge of and experience with tax and audit matters. He currently serves on the Audit Committee.
On December 6, 2021, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Drummond as an additional member of the Board effective January 1, 2022, and appointed him to serve on the Audit Committee effective January 1, 2022.
