Geoff Armstrong has served as an independent director of Nexstar since 2003 and chairs the Audit Committee. He is Chief Executive Officer of the private investment firm 310 Partners and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of AMFM, Inc. and as a founder and executive of SFX Broadcasting and Capstar Broadcasting Corporation.

Bernadette S. Aulestia has served as an independent director of Nexstar since 2021 and serves on the Compensation Committee. She spent a decade at HBO, most recently as President, Global Distribution, and has held roles at Univision Communications, Turner Broadcasting Systems and Callisto Media.

Jay M. Grossman has served as a director of Nexstar since 1997 and chairs the Compensation Committee. He is Chair of ABRY Partners, LLC, a private equity fund focused on media and communications that helped found Nexstar alongside Perry Sook in 1996 and fully exited its ownership position in 2013.

Ellen Johnson has served as an independent director of Nexstar since October 2024 and serves on the Audit Committee. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. from 2020 to 2025 after holding senior finance and treasury roles there since 2004.

C. Thomas McMillen has served as an independent director of Nexstar since 2014 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. A Partner at Moran Global Strategies, he previously led LEAD1 Association and Timios National Corporation and served three terms in the U.S. House of Representatives representing Maryland's 4th Congressional District.

Lisbeth McNabb has served as an independent director of Nexstar since 2006 and serves on the Audit and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. She is an Operating Partner at Springcoast Capital Partners and previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Linux Foundation.

John R. Muse has served as an independent director of Nexstar since 2017 and chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He has more than 35 years of private equity experience, is Principal of Muse Family Enterprises, and previously co-founded and led Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst.

Tony Wells has served as an independent director of Nexstar since 2023 and serves on the Compensation Committee. He formerly served as Chief Media Officer of Verizon Communications and as Chief Brand Officer of USAA, and brings deep knowledge of the national and local advertising landscape.

Perry A. Sook founded Nexstar with one local television station in Scranton, Pennsylvania in 1996 and has served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since inception. He has more than 45 years of professional experience in broadcasting covering ownership and M&A, management, sales, on-air talent and news, and led Nexstar's growth into the largest local television broadcaster in the United States.

Michael Biard was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Nexstar in August 2023 and oversees divisional operations, long-term strategy, and various corporate and administrative functions including broadcasting, networks, distribution and advertising sales. Before joining Nexstar he spent more than two decades at Fox, most recently as President, Operations and Distribution for Fox Corporation.

Lee Ann Gliha was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2021 and oversees all financial aspects of the Company, including reporting, internal audit, investor relations, and treasury and capital markets. She previously served as a Managing Director at Jefferies LLC and as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey focused on the media and out-of-home entertainment sectors.

Andrew Alford was appointed President, Broadcasting in June 2021 and is responsible for the Company's local television and digital operations, including content and sales. He joined Nexstar as a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager in August 2017 and has held broadcast management roles across markets including Tampa, Albany, Atlanta, Orlando, Syracuse and Rochester.

Sean Compton was appointed President, Networks in November 2020 and is responsible for the strategy and operations of The CW Network, NewsNation, Antenna TV, REWIND TV, The Hill and WGN Radio, as well as Nexstar programming acquisitions. He previously served as President of Strategic Programming and Acquisitions for Tribune Company and spent 16 years in radio at Clear Channel Radio and Premiere Radio Networks.

Dan Lanzano was appointed President, National Advertising Sales in July 2025 and leads Nexstar's national and political advertising sales organization across its linear and digital platforms. He joined Nexstar as Senior Vice President, National Advertising Sales in January 2024 after roles at Warner Bros. Discovery, Turner Broadcasting System and CNN.

Dana Zimmer was appointed President, Distribution and Strategy in September 2023, having joined Nexstar in September 2019 as Executive Vice President and Chief Distribution and Strategy Officer. She oversees distribution of the Company's broadcast and television content to cable, satellite, telco and digital partners, and previously held senior distribution roles at Tribune Media Company, NBCUniversal and Comcast Networks.

Brett Jenkins was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Digital Officer in April 2023 and is responsible for the Company's technology, data and digital operations, including the deployment of ATSC 3.0. He served as Nexstar's Chief Technology Officer from 2017 to 2023 and previously held technology leadership roles at Media General, LIN Media and ION Media Networks.

Rachel Morgan was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel in June 2022 and manages Nexstar's legal affairs, including business transactions, regulatory filings, privacy and data security, labor and employment, intellectual property and litigation. Before joining Nexstar she served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for AT&T Services, Inc. and spent nearly fifteen years in private practice at two international law firms.

Blake Russell was appointed Executive Vice President, Operations in February 2018 and is responsible for the Company's technical and physical operations, including capital deployment. He joined Nexstar in 2000 and previously served as Senior Vice President, Station Operations and as Vice President, Marketing and Operations.

Gary Weitman was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer in September 2019 and is responsible for all of the Company's internal and external communications. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Relations at Tribune Media Company and spent 15 years in broadcast journalism at CBS- and Fox-owned stations in Chicago.

Scott Weaver has served as Executive Vice President, Government Relations since January 2026, having joined Nexstar in August 2024, and helps oversee the Company's legislative and regulatory priorities. He was previously the founding partner of HSA Strategies and chairman of the public policy practice at the law firm Wiley Rein LLP.
