Elliott Hill is President and Chief Executive Officer of NIKE, Inc., a role he has held since October 2024, and is a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Hill joined NIKE in 1988 and held senior leadership positions across Europe and North America before retiring in 2020. Most recently before retiring he served as President - Consumer and Marketplace from 2018 to 2020, leading all commercial and marketing operations for the NIKE and Jordan brands. Between his 2020 retirement and 2024 return, he founded and owned Open Road Resources, LLC (since 2020), through which he served as an operating partner of BDT & MSD Partners since 2023 and as a senior advisor to BDT Capital from 2020 to 2023.
