Maria A. Sastre is an Independent Director of O'Reilly Automotive, Inc., serving on the Audit Committee and the Human Capital and Compensation Committee. She was President and Chief Operating Officer of Signature Flight Support Corporation from 2013 until her retirement in 2018, and previously held senior roles at Take Stock in Children, Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD, and United Airlines, Inc. She brings more than 25 years of leadership in the global travel and tourism industry and currently serves on the board of General Mills, Inc. (GIS) since 2018, with prior public board service at Kalera, Darden Restaurants, Gaylord Entertainment, and Laidlaw International.
