Emilie Choi has served as an independent director of Okta since 2022. She serves as President (since November 2020) and Chief Operating Officer (since June 2019) of Coinbase Global, Inc., bringing experience leading operations at a publicly traded technology company.
She led corporate development at LinkedIn for over eight years, including through its acquisition by Microsoft, and has direct experience building and scaling a high-growth public technology company.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Master in Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
